Yep, you heard right.
Today, the British Arm unveiled a new section of their website. Called ArmyFit, the site aims to help those aspiring to better fitness with training help and motivational podcasts.
There’s a whole promo campaign with Kriss Akabussi appearing everywhere (along with some guy from the army) to promote the new site/podcast, etc.
Lovely.

A good while ago, my dad purchased a 3 mobile contract to get his hands on a sexy new phone – the LG U990 (or Viewty, to give it’s cute name).
It’s a lovely phone, but he never uses it. And the plan always to cancel the contract as soon as we could, get it unlocked, [...]

I downloaded Google Chrome earlier. Haven’t used it in a while, so thought I’d give it a go on the new laptop.
It’s well speedy, and works really well.
One odd thing though: whenever I type Google into Facebook or here on the blog (or anywhere for that matter), it underlines it and tries to tell me [...]

I have to admit I was quite looking forward to Nick Griffin appearing on Question Time yesterday.
I’ll say upfront that I’m NOT a BNP supporter (anyone that knows me will tell you that), but I do believe in Free Speech and have to hand it to the BBC for upholding that part of our country’s [...]

Ok, very early Christmas present. It’s still October after all. But I have to say.. I’ve bought myself a new laptop. Here it is…

TLAPD, to give it it’s shorter title, was started by John Baur and Mark Summers - 2 pirate-slang loving guys waaay back in 1995. One day, there were overheard. And then they were mentioned in some magazine [...]

You may have read my post about the Channel 4 show Secret Millionaire I wrote way back in July?
Well, I’ve just been linked to this article on one of the Beeb’s local sites. Basically, one of the millionaires who did Secret Millionaire has gone bankrupt! Chek Whyte, a property developer from Nottingham, appeared on the [...]

This picture from Telegraph.co.uk was posted on Facebook by Wendi Kane. Made me laugh…

It only begs one question really. Does that mean the WC is available for a “number two” !?!
LOL – thanks Wendi!

Men’s Rules

I just received this list of “Men’s Rules” by email. It had me in stitches, so thought I’d share it…
These are our rules. Please note.. these are all numbered ‘1 ‘ ON PURPOSE!
1. Men are NOT mind readers.
1. Learn to work the toilet seat. You’re a big girl. If it’s up, put it [...]

Just found this wonderful photo of Rachel while uploading pictures of Helen’s 50th to my Flickr stream…

Fantastic! A true “moment” shot, if ever there was one. Love you Rae x
UPDATE: I’ve created a Flickr set dedicated to Rae. Why not have a look?
